- Three cucumbers
- Five to six celery stalks
- two to three carrots
- one medium-sized bushel of dill
- Two tablespoons lemon juice

Here are two different ways to prepare this healthy juice. Both are quite simple and hassle-free, but the end product is different. Let me share both methods with you one by one.
Clean all the ingredients thoroughly under a running tap to remove all dirt and impurities. Put them in juice, and that's it. Your juice is ready, add lemon juice and salt to bring little zing in your juice.
Rinse all the ingredients and cut them in small pieces. Cutting in small pieces allow easy blending.
Put them in blender along half glass of water and lemon juice. Blend it nicely to make an excellent water smoothie type juice of all ingredients.
Difference Between Two Methods

In the second method, you don't just squeeze out the juice but blend them nicely. In this way of preparing juice, you don't lose your fiber content, and drinking this juice keeps you filling for long extended hours. I like to make this juice by adopting the second method; you can make this juice by any method.
